Footpath fall results in $100,000 payout
Maurice Blackburn Canberra General Counsel Robert Coen won a case for a Canberra woman after tripping in the yard of her housing commission home in McKellar.
Robert said the verdict put housing authorities on notice about the need to properly check for safety hazards, both inside and outside.
